I toasted a 1/4 lb of DAC Kentucky, I brought it to high case with RO water and a teaspoon of vegetable glycerin.
It really changed the taste to Smokey/cocoa taste without a big bite.

I drank a cup of licorice root tea with a bowlful, great pairing!

Somewhere someone brought up Blatz. I drank a lot of that in my teenage years, a lot of the dads had that in the fridge with Old Dutch beer, a blue collar town is where I grew up and in the 70’s (14 yr old plinsc) took what ever free beer was offered! Lol
