Real Men Don't Need No Stankin' Tamper

I use a tamper, every time. I hold the pipe in my left hand, I used to use my finger from time to time but no more. I chopped the tips of my fingers off on a band-saw some years ago and the sensitivity level has never decreased.

Clay is great, I love mine! As WK had stated here they will break. BUT, if you're careful with them and remember that they ain't like other pipes, they can last for years. The first one I ever got I bought like 10 years ago, I've thrown it in the fire twice over the years to clean it out. Don't tap...
