Greetings from Alabama

Afternoon Friar Tuck! I'm in Alabama as well in Cullman County. We have another member who resided in LA on the FL line if I remember right. Calling @Ellis You.

Backwoods Cherry in the Royal Duke. There's no cherry taste that I can detect, but it's still a nice and pleasant smoke. It's good enough fo rme to do it again in just a few minutes.

Not a fan either of the 320 and clenching is a workout.
The 320 is a fine smoking pipe, or at least mine is, but I can see how it would be hard to clench which I don't do. The thick walls of the bowl make it a pleasure to hold as it doesn't get to hot at all.

What wouldn't give for some snow right now.
I'm hoping for a dehumidifier that will dry us out some. We seem to be in a bit of a monsoon season with us getting some rain every day. The weather guru calls the humidity "Air you can Wear". Currently it's 82° with 92% humidity.

I didn't do anything for the b day. I'm getting to where I just want to ignore them
I know the feeling, but at age 72 they sure come around a lot faster than they used to. Anyway, Happy Birthday old man

What's for Dessert?

Tonight's dessert will be a scoop of Dulce de Leche Ice Cream in a bowl of homemade Blackberry Cobbler. A dessert fit for a king!

It seems that all the is left of Middleton Pipe Tobacco
Is Carter Hall and Prince Albert

They are the second largest machine- made cigar manufacturer
Are you inclined to believe that PA & CH won't exist in the near future? Have the beancounters taken over Middleton?
