I had a Peterson and a Dr Grabow fitted with this sinister device.
Besides being very impractical when trying to clench them, P-Lips also have the terrible habit of significantly attenuate the taste of the tobacco.

Gents, these are blends, to my knowledge, that have a licorice topping or casing.

Orlik Dark Strong Kentucky
Amphora Black Cavendish
Mac Baren Black Ambrosia
War Horse Green (anisette, but it is almost the same thing)
Borkum Riff Licorice
HU Red Sparkle (not sure it is still being made, though).

compare it to HH Burley Flake, and which do you like better, anyone who's smoked both The Flake is earthier because it has no topping or casing that I know of. The Amphora, while fairly earthy as well, adds a little sweet twist because of its topping/casing. I seriously wonder if the Amphora is mad...

I tried a pouch and really enjoyed it. It is different than the Original in the sense that it relates, taste wise, more to the Burley Flake, but with a light molasses (I think) topping added.
