I do miss the frog morton blends. Frog on a log was the first tobacco that I loved.

Re: Should I smoke it?
I know I haven't posted in a while but a quick update. My tastes are evolving a bit and have actually found some Virginia's I like. The old gowrie is good. Christmas cheer is ok but a bit boring imho, although mine is very dry. I also recently bought newminster no 400 navy flake and really like it! ...

I liked the initial look of the pipe. When I saw the in progress pics I thought you had ruined it. The end result is beautiful. Impressive work!

Re: A Sour Pipe

Interesting I can attest to the peterson thing I have a sherlock holmes that is so full of stain if I smoke it the pipe cleaners are as red as if they were dipped in a pint of bloo...

It's been a long time since I've had any but I didn't care for nutty Irishman and in all honesty I don't remember why. I have had the Sutliff Aromatic English equally long ago and I remember it being surprisingly good. Father Dempsey is good. Both of the versions of Edgeworth RR match are good but ...

Re: Apple flavored tobacco?
Yeah , Sutliffs Middletons Apple match seems to be well liked . I know @Kevin Keith has smoked it a bit . I've yet to have it , though I have smoked the Middletons stuff in the past It’s really good, lots of apple in the bag. Like Middleton Cherry Blend, the smoke is pure codger burley with a pleas...

Apple flavored tobacco?
Are there any tobaccos out there that taste like apple that are any good? Bonus points if there are any that are more of an apple crisp flavor. The issue is if I smoke an aromatic I would like lots of flavor.
