Unless it's a ring pull or vacuum sealed you can have it. I bought two old sealed tins of Union Leader. It was unsmokeable. You can't bring back tobacco that lost its moisture. The only thing you can do is put some water back in it. You might as well smoke a sheet of cardboard you found in an alley on a rainy day.

Probably not. An old friend tells me that stuff has to be refrigerated or it dissipates quickly.
