A lot of P&C hate about. I know. But I have to say, I've never had a bad experience.
I have, twice recently on two separate orders. two tubs arrived dented and breeched.

Hated hitting like. Agreed, this is an example of poor customer service. I think we should expect more of this from retailers and e-tailers. People just don't give a rip anymore. Not all, but some and the number is growing. Did they replace for you? I should hope so.

I didn't bother asking, I opened them and jarred them.
You should have contacted them. I had an issue with a box of Irish cream cigarillos that weren't flavored at all. I let them know that they might want to let the manufacturer know. I told them that while unflavored, they were still smokable and good and that I didn't need money back or replacement smokes. They sent them anyway and didn't ask me to return the originals. I think they did right by me customer service wise. @Ruffinogold can back me up, as I sent him the new replacement box.
