Do you care if it's English or Aromatic? I'm not familiar with all of the tobacco's mentioned above, and I'm not a Nic fiend, but I always thought Peterson's Irish Oak had a great flavor and good kick. I've heard it described as a rich blend of Cavendish, Zimbabwean, Orange, Thailand burley & black perique, matured in Oak Sherry Barrels and made in Ireland.

How about Bulldog Roper's Roundels?
My all time favorite.
Very complex, well balanced and sophisticated with a pretty substantial kick.

Take a look at Peterson's Irish Flake or anything containing Dark Fired Kentucky and other dark Burleys. Also, P&C has a great DFK in their blending tobaccos that you could add to your favorite blend, I made a blend containing both DFK and their Dark Burley and was surprised at the wallup it had.

Ropes and twists are always good for nicotine.

I have to second this recommendation. The G&H Twists I've tried have all given me the "niccups". The sweet rum twist is one of the milder ones, and even that one will give me a throat tightening effect with every couple puffs.
