I spent a lot of time in red shoes similar to these in junior and senior year of highschool. They were made by a company called Turtle and were canvas or some such and pointy. I wear 11 but got these in 13. Made 'em extra pointy! I was into this whole, 70s Billy Joel meets Joe Jackson meets Elvis Costello thing. Most of my wardrobe, suit jackets, jeans, shirt and ties came from the salvation army, where all us cool artsy type kids shopped in the 80s, lol!
And yes, I'd really dig one of those smoking caps. If they're good enough for Stan and Ollie, they're good enough for me.
