Tool? No. I cut cigars with a pocket knife and if the draw is tight I have a length of scroll saw that gets shoved in, twisted, and pulled back out. Repeat until satisfied, once or twice is generally sufficient.

This gentleman whose blog I read frequently swears by that exact tool. I will probably pick one up as I'm starting to develop a preference in draw with cigars. I like em loose! Lol.

I use the aerator spike on my pipe tool if I have a problem with a tight draw.
