Yes, I still have one or two "Pipe Down" caps in a box somewhere... has a picture of a pipe and an arrow pointing down.

Was just reading something that my mother sent me about our family. Seems that we arrived in Philadelphia in 1766 from Germany and Johann (the first of our family to arrive) served in the Revolutionary War and fathered 10 children. Pretty cool stuff to learn.

I don't recall exactly the year my German great grandfather came over from Russia, but his son (my grandfather) served in WWII. I always wondered what that would be like to be German and serve on the Allied side in WWII. Never did ask because I was told he didn't like to talk about the war. I understood why when I found out he spent some time on "clean up" duty on the beach after D-Day.

The wife wanted to watch boxing. So its PBC on the boob tube.

Currently watching the first in an Alfred Hitchcock collection I recently purchased... "The Lady Vanishes"... with quite a few interesting pipe designs showcased. Almost as much pipe smoking here as the ol' Sherlock Holmes flicks. McLovin it!
