I color case hardened a hammer Saturday and installed it today . I shimmed it so it won’t drag on the frame.

Just got done vacuum sealing a couple of blocks of sharp cheddar I smoked last night. It’s gonna be tough waiting for them to mellow in the fridge for a week or two because they smell awesome.
