It was the 70s, so anything was possible. Plus, Jean Stapleton was never as old as she looked. She was no Alice Cooper-loving teeny-bopper but she could have been invited to parties at Studio 54 and dressed accordingly. She doesn't look particularly comfortable.

I don't have a strong opinion on who this woman is. The man is definitely Alice Cooper. He was still a rummy at that point in his career.

Edith Bunker was a saint.
