Stay away from grain elevators and buy it in the grocery store. Wasn't there an old commercial jingle that touted "Its the cerial thats shot from guns!" with the 1812 0verture playing in the background complete with cannon fire? Bet that never went over well in that town. Puffed wheat the hard way.
I've powered a cannon with gold medal flour so I know you aren't kidding.
