Guess I can finally put this thread to rest as we officially closed on the sale of our house today. It took a while but we got everything we asked for. North Dakota has treated us wonderful so far. Everything is going great. Looking forward to enjoying my 3 years here. And can’t wait for the snow! Thanks guys
