Alberta is almost certainly preferable to Quebec.

From a strategic geographical perspective, we might as well add British Columbia as the 52nd.

True . I haven't meet a Canadian yet I haven't liked . Plus , they have a great pipe maker there and their whiskey is ok . They can produce a good rock band sometimes
