When I asked about Tab substitutes, I was thinking more along the lines of diet Moxie.

I may be wrong. It happens a lot, I'm Irish.
Anyway, I found an article saying there was a shortage due to an issue with the cans back this past summer, so you may ok on the Fresca front.
