Is this really spruce beer?

Spruce beer is like birch beer but spruce beer tastes like pine trees. It is very old-fashioned. I have not that in a while. I like it. It is very New England.

Tonight I'm treating myself to a couple of my all time favorite cold weather beers. First off was a Belhaven Wee Heavy, followed by Schneider Weisse Aventinus weizen-doppelbock. I'm in beer heaven right now.

I know what you mean. We bought our last 12 pack of beer over the holidays (And Banquets is a good choice). This is an 18 pack so it may make it until school’s out.

I love Guinness; however, it isn’t the same in a bottle or can: On tap is by far better to me.

I’m not bragging. But on tap in Ireland or Scotland is the best of the best. Guiness is my favorite beer.
