Thanks!
I’d love to get me some Old Speckled Hen over here
I’d be surprised if you couldn’t find it sold online somewhere in the states. Be a perfect beer for your tankard.

Madonna IS an Old Speckled Hen. She looks like she fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down lately.Piping Abe wrote: ↑Thu Feb 23, 2023 10:36 amThanks!Sheridan wrote: ↑Thu Feb 23, 2023 10:30 amNow that’s just showing off! LolPiping Abe wrote: ↑Wed Feb 22, 2023 6:35 pm Been enjoying this. Although the Pure Gold is only 3.8% ABV instead of the normal 4.2% the flavor is more what I prefer. Michelob Ultra makes a great light beer. Not much flavor, but it is not bad at all for low carb beer
A pipe handled beer mug, love it!
My favourite beer is Timmy Taylor’s Landlord (on tap). Don’t know if you can get it in the states, highly recommended if you can. Even Madonna gets on it whenever she’s in England.

Wouldn’t leave it in the fridge too long though…….cool rather than cold & you’ll get a better aftertaste.

Newcastle Brown, brewed in Chicago?Piping Abe wrote: ↑Mon Feb 27, 2023 5:42 pm #1 Yes I know the older one is better, you don’t have to say it.

Used to be a good one, think they changed it about 20 years ago & it went downhill. Tastes very watery now. Wonder if your Chicago brewed is any better. Lot of people mix it 'half & half' with bitter or mild, here in the UK.
