Broke away from my usual Buffalo Trace, and have been sipping on some George Dickel Rye. For how cheap a bottle it was, it is surprisingly good.

Met friend for dinner last night. Ordered a rye Old Fashioned when we sat down. It was tasty.

So tasty that I ordered another one after dinner. It was just OK.

This isn't the first instance where the first OF came out great and the second not so great. What goes on in inside a barman's head?
