It looks good but its the inside I worry about, can only imagine what was smoked in it and if I can exorcize the remains.

I've been buying pipes with an eye for larger bowls. Came to appreciate the value of a smaller bowl when I bought a four-pack of cheap Chinese cobs (which smoke very well, thank you) which are smaller-bore than the MMs (which I do prefer, and own more of).

So I wanted a few of the smaller-bowl variety of briars, and for my first I chose a Dr. Grabow Rustic Duke. Light in weight, looks great and smokes very well indeed. Everytime I smoke a Grabow, I wonder why I should buy any more Savinellis, but then, I wonder the same about Grabows when I smoke a cob.

That ain't right
Will put up some pics
Stay away from Blue Room Briars as they are a very bad influence

At least I only started visiting their site in May 2019
A few years earlier and this would be a hot mess
