I'm usually a Meer Cat, but when I see some nice briars in an antique shop I can't resist. I think I did OK for $50 for the pair. A gently smoked Bari Ruby and Bari Pearl.

My father-in-law like Bari pipes. I have one or two of his.

Nice score, dig that single knuckle on the Pearl. Bari are good deals. Believe they were machined then hand finished, so a little more attention given to details than a straight factory made pipe might have received. Had a Matador from them, smallest Freehand I've ever seen. Not dimunitive, just relative in size to a normal pipe, not all exaggerated with the proportions. Wish more makers had taken that route with those.
