Still no luck finding matches, really getting worried, people are surprised/confused when I ask where they are or if they are getting more in. It's like they never existed, might be suffering an existential crisis over this, is anything real?
Anyway, this Pipe Dan arrived and I'm going to pack it with something now that it's all clean.

It's asinine! There's nothing on anyones phone like a match! What do they do in power outages? Stare at their screen until the battery dies? I don't know, guess I'm just stuck in the 1860's with my candles and matches, I even think cowboy coffee and bootstrap are good. Went back to a store I used to be able to find them in and no luck still, only one employee even knew what I was talking about, which is better than the supermarket where 3 employees struggled to grasp my inquiry on where to procure matches. The hell is going on?Kevin Keith wrote: ↑Sat Jun 02, 2018 7:51 pm I can't believe you can't find matches, TM! I bought 600 of them yesterday just in case!

Wow. Not sure where you're located but no luck even at Walmart? Order from Amazon?Thelonious monkfish wrote: ↑Sat Jun 02, 2018 8:33 pmIt's asinine! There's nothing on anyones phone like a match! Amazon packages draw undue attention around here, some people collect them... If I have to I'll order them online though I would rather just buy some right now at any damn store that should carry them. Not really a Wally World regular, especially the one here. I'll try them but they were my last stop for distilled water a few times and I always left empty handed, the shelves are mostly empty, that and the blown lights/occasional fight breaking out make it not so appealing to merit the drive. Not in Detroit but it is a little post apocalyptic a la Mad Max in some areas, lots of traffic lights I will never stop at.Mr Beardsley wrote: ↑Sat Jun 02, 2018 9:40 pmWow.
