Anyone can do it with the right training. Don't load up the middle of the pie because it may be undercooked. Plus, who likes a heavy, drooping slice that's weighted down at the tip so that everything falls off?
I suspect that the secret ingredient in Pizza Hut's "fairy dust," is that this blend of grated Parmesan and proprietary spices is full of MSG.
