I had the privilege of having a roommate for a while that was a half Mexican half Japanese gentleman who had lived many places in the world. He introduced me to his version of a breakfast spam musubi. Sushi rice pressed with pan fried spam, topped with a little berry jam of your choice, then wrapped in nori. Mmmm. I miss that guy.

Per capita, people in Hawaii eat more Spam than in the other 49 states. #2? Interestingly, Alaska.
