"Keep it hot, clean and lubricated" - that's Steven Raichlen's mantra when it comes to grill/smoker preparation. Have been studying Raichlen's videos, and Franklin's, and everyone else's for years and have never quite conquered brisket. Too bad really, because as much as I LOVE good brisket, I DETEST bad brisket.
Any of you have advice on this subject? Tips, tricks?
