Im on my own for a week.
Most likely venison and squirrel all week. :)
The wife left me.........temporarily, she went to her aunts.
And no, "went to her aunts" is a not euphemism for something else.....she had to go babysit their dogs....yes, dogs......she's babysitting dogs.....for a week.
The first course of action will be to hunt down the frozen pizza from the freezer. :)

I'll be throwing together a shrimp Alfredo bake pretty soon, to eat with a simple salad and some toasted bread.
Because sometimes the body just wants canned fish. 🦪

Tonight it'll be a beer butt chicken with some Cuban black beans. I'm doing the bird in the oven and it's smelling goo-ood!

I just had a slice of fresh homemade bread with homemade plum jelly. The plum trees, peach trees, are bursting with fruit this year. The blueberries did great so blueberry jelly is canned also!
