cool...ya know those also double as avid ashtrays
I thought of that when I was sitting having a smoke. There was one other fella smoking a pipe and a few others that said they used to smoke pipes but stopped for health reasons.. I'm in the company of good people there.

I have a Legend at 7/8 in. It has really thin walls. It is at the office with no "Forever" stem, so it does not get smoked much. I have had it for 5 years, and I used to have a stem on it I liked and smoked it a lot. I think you will be good for a while.

I don’t bore out my cobs but I always use a dremel to file down the bottom then use pipe mud to seal. Makes great smoking cobs.

Smoking Mid Town Chestnut in a Eugene Rich era CustomBilt. It's a nice mild night here in Jersey and we can finally open up some windows.

Rick's Custom Blend of 2019 in a GBD Legacy. It's a good smoke, but I think the blender should have added a little Vanilla Cavendish for a bit sweeter smoke. Overall I proclaim it to be good.

I have modified all the cobs I smoke including bores, bands and stems. I don't have to mud the pipes as the bottoms take care of themselves over time.

All have held up extremely well and smoke very good . . .
