When I kept chickens, I would throw the shelled corn out and the place would be overrun with squirrels snagging as much shelled corn as they could. That shelled corn cost me folding money at the co-op. I had an old spring pellet rifle I would use to take out the squirrels with head shots. The instant the squirrel was down, the chickens wasted no time supplementing their diet with some protein. It was amazing how quickly they could peck one to nothing. This worked out pretty well for me.
That's pretty cool, Vultures dressed up like chickens. Lol...I would never have thought that. Not only do I have squirrel issues it's the ground hogs that are trying to take over!
Chickens can be pretty aggressive when food is involved.
Chickens are cannibals and will eat whatever they have an opportunity to . . .

I am seeing a pattern
Sir/Saint Thomas More predated Tobacco in England by a few decades, but he was smart enough to marry into a future Tobacco dynasty
That may be a stretch

"Going "against friends' advice and common custom," within thirty days More had married one of the many eligible women among his wide circle of friends. He chose Alice Middleton..."
