I found a small hunk of Jack knife Plug in a tin in the WAY back of my cabinet.
It was absolutely as dry as can possibly be.
I......um.......dissolved...... crumbled.......it into a Pietenpauw pipe and well.....it tastes the exact same as I remember it tasting when I opened this tin....when it came out on the market....must be seven or so years....maybe.

One of my favorite blends. Love the stuff. I have some from 2013. It is Divine. I can only imagine it crumbling like a dry brownie. Found forgotten tobacco? I believe that qualifies you for an Old Codger Ribbon ;)

After-dinner smoke was a bowl of Haunted Bookshop in the Monday cob. Working on a bowl of OGS in a self-made "55" now.

Sounds awesome. How long is the growing season up there? About what months?
It's very early still. Okay for lettuce, radish, beets, peas, spinach and such. The real growing season, where you can grow tomatoes, pepper, cucumbers and eggplants doesn't start for another month. Mid-May to early October.
Eggplant is the only food uve ever found that I can not eat.....its gross.
I thought you should know that in case I come for dinner. :)
So...no Eggplant Parmegiana, then?

Then I'll just have to eat it all myself.
