I don't know if they changed it or not, but mine had a tenon that was not compatible with the other MM bits(I tried it).

Huh.. The mortise on mine was way off. No way a standard bit would fit. Mine was the 1.0 version immediately after they came out though, so maybe they fixed it.
Honestly, you might as well just buy a Diplomat if you are going to run a standard amber bit and want a bent egg shape.
