A splash of Astar, followed by a splash of this lovely 12 year Redbreast bottled at a cask strength of 115.2.
Both given to me by one of my best buddies. Cheers!

Working on a bottle of the 80 proof Redbreast 12yr at the moment. Really nice.

Tonight I had some Macallan 12 year Double Cask. Really nice Scotch whisky, I must say.

Drinking a Rob Roy made with Speyburn 10 y/o, which I find to be a highly serviceable and relatively inexpensive single malt. Goes well with the 1849. Slàinte!

What's with all the Irish whiskey. Start another thread. I like Irish as well as anyone but this is specifically about Scotch. 😏

Had a godfather cocktail a couple of days ago. Sweet cocktail for the holidays. Used Chivas Regal for the drink but it's pretty good on it's own.
