Tonight was home-made burgers with some roasted potato wedges. Had some Barefoot pinot noir to go with it. Home-made burgers are the BEST!

Tonight's supper was roast pork loin with lingonberries, potato gratin, and roasted Brussels sprouts. The kids loved this meal. I had some jammy zinfandel along with it.
Then I made espresso-chocolate chip cookies with my daughter, which was fun.

Kayem natural casing hotdogs, left over from yesterday's Father's Day celebration, on the menu for dinner tonight. The Kayems are good, but not Sabrett good. The Sabretts are hard to find this far north.
