Board layout

No matter what I try, I cannot get the board to default to show me new post first. It’s so annoying to have to tap that tiny “first unread post” link. Is there any way to make it show the new posts when I go into a topic or is this just how it is?

You gotta hit the pipe next to the title. When the title is green/ pipe is smoking, there is a new post. Took a bit to figure that out as well.
