There’s a guy here in Texas that I’m loosely acquainted with that I’ve been meaning to get with that is like the main dude for this in all of Texas. I can identify quite a few things but according to him there is way more than I know.

We have 4 or 5 persimmon trees in our yard just trying to figure out what they actually make good out of and recipes to back it up
The wind did blow off a substantial limb last week so I’ll try a few “bark on”persimmon pipes when it dries out good enough to cut up without splitting
