I am just about out, so will need to seek it out again next time I'm down there.Mr Beardsley wrote: ↑Sat Jan 28, 2023 12:17 pmFirewalker sounds pretty dang decentkschatey wrote: ↑Sat Jan 28, 2023 9:11 am Upon reviewing this entire thread I discovered that I have not yet chipped in with my hot sauce picks. Shame on me. Worse, nobody here explicitly asked for my opinion. Scoff! Shame on you!
I have eight or so hot sauces in the fridge at the moment, but here are my usual go-tos:When I'm not using hot sauce, chili crisp is filling the flavor and spice needs!
- Firewalker from Asheville ... Great on meats and Mexican-style food as it is citrusy.
- Arizona Gunsliger ... Excellent on all breakfast foods!
- Tabasco Chipotle ... An oldie, but a goodie for all Mexican-style/Tex-Mex foods.
- Sriracha (of course!) ... Great on Asian-style food, Indian excluded.
Let’s talk Hot Sauce
