I have eight or so hot sauces in the fridge at the moment, but here are my usual go-tos:
  • Firewalker from Asheville ... Great on meats and Mexican-style food as it is citrusy.
  • Arizona Gunsliger ... Excellent on all breakfast foods!
  • Tabasco Chipotle ... An oldie, but a goodie for all Mexican-style/Tex-Mex foods.
  • Sriracha (of course!) ... Great on Asian-style food, Indian excluded.
When I'm not using hot sauce, chili crisp is filling the flavor and spice needs!

Firewalker sounds pretty dang decent
Definitely is. Not overly hot either. I don't think it's available outside that area though. I am just about out, so will need to seek it out again next time I'm down there.

Good enough reason for this guy!

Just had the Tobasco Jalapeño on my scrambled eggs. Almost empty and I just got out a new bottle of Cholula.
God and Texas!
