I got a box of 30 LAST Christmas. After I had Covid in February, I lost my taste for them. I has only recently come back. I did get cigars for Christmas, but have not gotten into them yet.

“Hey Robb, would you be interested in putting a tank lift on my Softail?”

“Sure, bring it over, I’ll do it Friday.”

Six hours later and a trip to the H-D dealer for a new high pressure fuel line and a fuel tank check valve o-ring. I had to pick the hard, stuck in place, old o-ring out and make a tool to reach up in the check valve groove to scape it clean. These things love to leak when they get a few years on them. But it’s back together. And looks cool.

Gus is looking dapper in his sweater, it’s 44 degrees. I have another JR’s Macanudo alternative burning.

Plasencia Reserva Original. Recommended to me by the gentleman at the JRs store in M’ville. I will not be passing along the recommendation. The cap lifted and it immediately burned to one side. Doesn’t taste bad; glad I only bought two.

He is my saddle partner. If I say “going to the porch” he is always ready.
