This wasn’t whole leaf but I wanted to see what would happen and then use the process on WL if it works
It’s Carter Hall in a jar with a cup of ground coffee and one with black licorice and an anise/chamomile tea bag in it. I’ll try after 1 week. Those are generic Kruieg re-usable coffe pods since I couldn’t find tea balls anywhere.

First quart jar of cavendish is in the canner! Only about 4 hours to go! I used Tequila and added 1/8 teaspoon of Rum flavor, 1/8 teaspoon of Maple flavor, and espresso flavoring to bring the liquid up to weight for my 609 Maryland.

I have a airline size bottle of Peanut Butter Moonshine I’m going to try on Burly next if the cavendish comes out good.

The 1st round of cavendish was less than impressive. I didn’t use enough flavorings so it tastes like steamed/boiled 609.
I just loaded 2 jars up that I used coffee as a base and added a tablespoon of Vanilla and 2 tablespoons of molasses. Using quart jars with equal parts tobacco and liquids by weight.
I also have a jar of lemon Bright with water as the base and 1 tablespoon of pineapple and plum extracts, and a shot of coconut rum.
4 hours in the pressure canner followed up with drying in oven then.

*I forgot to mention on the 2 609 jars I also added a small handful of coca nibs to the coffe and reduced it down on the stove to get a good strong taste. I put that in the fridge over night then poured it through a strainer into a clean jar to remove the coca nib hulls.
