Old school sharpening is best and some really good cheap stockmans

Ill be ordering a few small wet stones . The one I have is " two sided " and pretty big Its good for at home
I ended up getting a 4 sided whetstone from coarse to super fine. Im still learning the ins and outs but it puts a way better edge than the diamond sharpener I had (maybe I just wasn't using that one proper) but the whetstone has been around forever for a reason.
I hear ya . Ive been much happier since I gave up on alll the other bs stuff and my knives are knives again :thumbs:
