Corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, parsnips, and soda bread for dinner. Watching Irish Castles on Netflix now, gonna watch the Quiet Man later. Me mother's people are off-the-boat Irish just after the US Civil War. So, all honor to the memory of good Saint Patrick!
