I love my Grabow FreehandBro Uhaha wrote: ↑Sun Oct 06, 2019 1:09 pm I've been an on-again/off-again pipe smoker for decades and I own ~50 pipes, but I have never owned a Dr. Grabow. Don't know how that happened, but that is what it is. Have recently been eyeballing the forum comments on Dr. G Freehands and I'm thinking of buying a new one.
If you own one or more I'd like to hear what you think of them. Has yours made it into regular rotation?

I am a big Grabow fan and have been for years. The 04 Freehand is a favorite smoker of mine. The Grabow Freehands were copies of a Mastersen branded line of pipes that were made in the Shalom factory in Israel. The Mastersens are the same shapes with vulcanite bits without the filter option. I have one of these also in the Grabow 04 shape. I can't say one smokes better than the other as I don't use filters. Both are great smokers and are well worth the prices they seem to be selling for on Ebay.

That makes the 04 my favorite.
