I have never seen one either. The German throws me off. I can’t read it so I don’t know what it says.

I don’t see Grabow on the pipe anywhere, I don’t see a spade on the pipe. The box says Grabow, but that is the only possible identifier. Terrible pictures.

The bowl shapes could be Grabows, but the carving is definitely not Grabow. No Grabow pipes were made in Germany or for Germans specifically. They did use German vulcanite, which they imported. I have never seen one with interchangeable bowls unless it was a Viking or a Pacer.

I say they’re not Grabows and that the seller found the pipes and put them in the Grabow box. Or someone swindled him and he fell for it!

I swear , my eyes just dont see good enough anymore . I cant tell whether the darker areas are carved or an over lay . I cant see Grabow doing something on the bougie level like that . ... however , if it were an over lay than maybe I could . Im doubtful myself but not sure

Youd think the Grabow Forum would have rambled on about these as the bougie kings of Spartanburg :D
