Hated hitting like. Agreed, this is an example of poor customer service. I think we should expect more of this from retailers and e-tailers. People just don't give a rip anymore. Not all, but some and the number is growing. Did they replace for you? I should hope so.

You should have contacted them. I had an issue with a box of Irish cream cigarillos that weren't flavored at all. I let them know that they might want to let the manufacturer know. I told them that while unflavored, they were still smokable and good and that I didn't need money back or replacement smokes. They sent them anyway and didn't ask me to return the originals.
