Went through a process trying to decide which 1911 I wanted to get and finally ended up on Dan Wesson. I never regretted buying anything because it was "too nice", and hours after plunking the $ down I feel like I made the right call vs making a more sensible choice and then not being able to get the DW out of my mind. Also got lucky and found some FMJ range rounds and some JHP right here in town, because it seems like everyone is out of ammo. Looking forward to getting this!

this one's just for the range and nightstand Kevin Keith
I'm going back to this guy some time down the road when I can afford to get a Commander for a carry piece

I'd been thinking about the scandium frame S&W, but after seeing the Dan Wesson Guardian I have a feeling that one will be stuck in my head

Outstanding choice! I have a very short, choice list of guns I still want and a Dan Wesson is one of them. Hope you find a lot of joy in it.

I've owned a Dan Wesson Pointman Stainless for years. It's a great shooting firearm.
