lol well, you gave me the idea to use pizza bread (that worked a treat), with fried onions and peppers. We normally just have them on supermarket rolls with boiled onions and dogs. I didn't know what to do about the potatoes!?
You lost me at sweet chili sauce, pickles and cheese. Lol..
Next time you get the hankering, use white onion, green or red bell pepper. The potatoes you slice thin into rounds and fry them. You can actually fry everything together in a pan if you gave one large enough.
Okay will try that next time, that was just what we had lying around. It was still exceptional, you should try this version too! :lol:
The hot dog police here in Jersey would lock me up! :lol:

I'm still not sure about the potatoes. Do you deep fry them or shallow? I was just going to do them separately in deeper oil, till crisp, then keep them warm in the oven. Other than that, I was just going to fry the dogs, red pepper and white onion together and serve with mustard and ketchup (but no cheese 🙄😂).

I had a Cornish hen. It was succulent and tasty.



My lunch was nothing like this. It was full of pleasant company and sparkling conversation, and big tumbles of champagne.

I had a cold beer and 2 large Sourdough pretzels.
With mustard of course.
