I was doing some cleaning and found a Rossi Vittoria 673. I tried it last night and its a gurguler. I will try it a couple more times but I think its just a bad pipe.

See if a 5/32 bit will change the diameter. Just use the bit in your hand, no drill.

Right. 5/32” bit, hand twist it.

I chuck em up in a drill and go for it... But to each their own lol

*I've read/seen elsewhere that the tip of the bit should also be tapered different from it's stock form. I haven't modified a drill yet but maybe one day.

Also if you're not comfortable with spinning the bit in a drill to do it you can still chuck up the bit and spin the pipe. Easier than trying to grip and twist a small bit

Yeah. Figured I should probably toss that one out for a safer method. Some folks (I think it was George D that I saw) have a hand held chuck they use to give them proper twist grip to open up the airway. Most of us probably don't have a spare chuck laying around and don't want to purchase one just for the occasional use so just use the one in the drill to act as a vice and spin the pipe

That should work as long as you can get the proper leverage
