I dont know whats going on but my knees , out of the blue , are really shot out . Good amount of pain to remind me Im alive still and walking sucks , along with lying down or anything in general . Just wondering if you old timers that had knees issues .... did your knees just turn to shit over night or was it more gradual ? Im just trying to figure it out . Could go to a doctor but just trying to get a heads up . I dont much care for doctor visits , though of course Ill go

I have what's called sleepy leg syndrome, always feel sorta growing pains in the bends of my knees, it sux. I always have to keep moving them.
My sister-in-law's brother-in-law was a flooring guy for 35 years, one day he woke up and that was that for his career, eventually he needed both knees replaced.
Since your in construction my advice is go see the doctor.

Well for me its my arms and hands. I have to have surgery on my right arm in late October. My advice to you @Ruffinogold is to just swallow some pride and go see you Doc. Youll be glad ya did.

Every day is a new ache or pain somewhere. Go to the doctor. You are much more active than I am. My aches and pains usually go away after a day or three. The chances of me having repetitive stress injuries are low. You might really have something going on. Time for an x-ray.

I have stopped wondering why something hurts or where bruises and scratches come from. It's always something and I never know why.Ruffinogold wrote: ↑Sat Oct 09, 2021 5:29 pm I didnt do anything to injure them that Im aware of.....
At least you don't have eye problems.
