Tonight was a gin & tonic night - one before and one during dinner. The drink went great with the meal. Tonight I made a Jamaican shrimp curry to go with some leftover coconut-red bean rice and vegetable korma. Everybody was very happy with dinner, especially the cook.
Because sometimes the body just wants canned fish. 🦪
