Gotta do it! Good old home made potato salad, pinto beans, and a huge watermelon 🍉 to go with ‘em! Hydration courtesy of the good folks from Shiner, Tex.

Color me jealous (slightly) I'm doing burgers, dogs, tater salad, beans, jalapeño poppers, brownies, and some ice cream stuff (rice and cocoa crispies mixed with corn syrup and peanut butter. Ice cream spread over that mixture and topped with redskin peanuts and Hershey chocolate syrup)

All sizes and shapes of Texas Smokers are out of stock at Finck. I just got off the phone. I need to leaf through the catalog to jog my memory of what I like at what price point (tasty and inexpensive). There is not a bad choice but I prefer some blends better than others. I am not buying anything else this next round but Finck. They are a pleasure to deal with every time.
